4th Grade Project Using Z-Access™ Display Frames
May 27, 2011
In order to celebrate the nationalities of the diverse population at Mary Gage Peterson Elementary School, 4th grade students were asked to bring items from home that represented their nationality/heritage to school. After bringing their items to school the students designed their very own “personalized” shadow box using the Z-Access™ 3D picture frames donated by, The Lewibelle® Company.

After designing their frames, the fake watches presented their “personalized” frames to the class and described and spoke about the importance of the items in which they chose to include in their representation of their nationality and/or nationalities. The students enjoyed the ability to have their own one of a kind 3D frame to represent their own unique heritage. While rolex uk their items inside of the 3D frames the students were excited to have their very own “shadow box”.

Also, the students enjoyed being able to make a collage that was personalized to their individual artistic styles. After all the frames were completed they were displayed for the rest of the students, staff, parents, and community to view during the International Night Performances and Festivities at Mary Gage Peterson Elementary School. The replica watch of the 4th Grade would like to thank everyone that was involved in making this project and lesson so successful.

Sincerely,

Diana M. Platt (4th Grade Chicago Public School Teacher)
